ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Popping Candy reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever. Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and Popping Candy is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Popping Candy is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please first check your junk mail folder, and then if needed, please contact us at info@poppingcandy.com.au In the event that an item you have requested is not available, we will notify you and you may choose a refund or replacement item based on current stock levels
Please ensure that all information entered on our website is correct and accurate. We cannot make any changes or change the delivery address once you have placed your order.

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

 

CANCELLATION

- By us: We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership account, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
- By you: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 0455049250. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges (see FAQ page for more information on Returns and Exchanges)

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using Paypal, Visa, or Mastercard, via bank deposit or using any of our Buy Now, Pay Later platforms. The total cost of the amount debited to you will be the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus any applicable shipping fee.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY/SHIPPING

We deliver to any address via Fastway courier or Australia Post, depending on your location and the availability of services in your area.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receipt, provided we have received authorisation of payment.

All content/material found on our website is owned by Popping Candy and is protected by Australian, and international copyright laws. Such content/material includes, but is not limited to, text, images, logos, patterns, software code, audio and video. No content material may be used, in any way, without the written permission of Popping Candy.
You are prohibited from transmitting, broadcasting, editing, adapting, or making use of any intellectual property, Trade Marks or logos owned and found on the Popping Candy website without the expressed permission of Popping Candy.
As a result of browsing the Popping Candy website, where content is downloaded, printed or viewed, such content is permissible for private, non-commercial use for the sole purpose of evaluating goods, making and purchase of goods, or promoting the sale of goods to others.

By further visiting or purchasing goods from our website, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions including any changes made.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and any other courts that which may hear appeals from those courts.
